Toilet
White-colored ceramic sanitary ware fittings, including a European closet and wash basin, will be installed in all toilets. Chromium-plated fittings from branded manufacturers such as Jaguar / Roca or equivalent will be used, including a Single Lever Diverter. Exhaust fan openings will be provided, and granite counter wash basins will be installed in all toilets. The EWC (European Water Closet) will be wall-mounted with a concealed cistern.
